Kind of Bloop: 8-bit Tribute to Miles Davis

Continuing my chip-tune obsession as of late come Kind of Bloop an 8-bit reworking of the Miles Davis classic Kind of Blues. The brainchild of Portland-based programmer Andy Baio, the album features the talents of four Nintendo-loving artists - ast0r, Sergeeo, Virt, Shnabubula, and Disasterpeace - who have taken the whole think on track by track. The result is some kind of wonderful and worth a listen. Check the samples below, more on the project here, and you can buy online for a mere $5.
